Added a new informational Hobbyist 1PPS Offset table to the tour results page
This table shows measured value, reference value, and error for Hobbyist participants. It is for reference only and does not affect Hobbyist points, rankings, or scoring.
- Percentile scoring stabilized for N < 10
- PRO / Hobbyist class separation
- New: Method summaries can now be displayed in tour results next to the participant’s callsign (with explicit participant consent; enabled by default for future tours)
